Naneum Aero TP250
The Naneum Aero TP250 is a Thermal Precipitator which collects an aerosol sample by means of thermophoresis onto a sample target, i.e. a TEM.
In the Naneum Aero TP250 Thermal Precipitator aerosol particles are drawn via the aerosol inlet into the sample chamber within the sample holder. A temperature difference between the hotter top surface and the cooler bottom surface is maintained by applying sufficient power to an adjacent heater and thermoelectric cooler, respectively, which lets the aerosol particles precipitate onto its colder surface.
Downstream, the flow rate is measured, controlled, and established by a flow meter, proportional valve, and a vacuum pump, respectively.
Below is sample image generated from aerosol collected with Naneum Aero TP250.
